Abstract
The aim of this investigation is to study the influence of the elements of the cultural inteligente on the civil behavior of the managers of Mellat Bank in year 1391. The method of investigation is practical, descriptive and corrdational investigation.The time period of the investigation was 1 year. It was last from shohrivar 91 to Mordad 92. The statistical society of this investigation include all managers of the branches of Mellar Bank. The sampling method was coincidently. The sise of the statistical society was calculated by using frmula. By considering the statistical socicty of 560, about 226 questionairs were analized. To recognize the continuity of the questionair sit was used of cronbak Alfa for 30 questionair and another time for 384 questionairs. The continuity was 0.79 for 30 questionair and %79 for 226 questionair. The currency of currency of the questionair, it was used of method. Although it was used of descriptire statistic to describe the rariable’s characteristics and deductive statistics to test the hypothesis and also it was used of simulation of the structural formulas to determine the path coefficient. The used softwares in this investigation were S.P.S.S and Lazer At least it was decided about the meaning fullness of the model and each of the independent variables.All hypothesis were confirmed on the basis of conducted analysis.
